Terms of use

1. The Service

ReelShortFree offers vertical short dramas to watch online on the web and in the mobile app. The catalog may change without notice: titles are licensed from third parties and may become unavailable.

Some episodes are free; others are unlocked with coins or, in the app, under the conditions shown in the Service.

2. Account

You can create an account with your email address and the verification code we send you. In the app you can also start as a guest: an account tied to your device is created, and you can turn it into a full account by linking an email.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email and for the activity carried out with your account. A guest account that never links an email may be lost if you change devices or uninstall the app.

The Service is intended for people aged 18 or older. Minors may only use it with the authorization and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Coins

Coins are a virtual balance inside the Service. You earn them by signing up, inviting friends, redeeming coupons or through other promotions, and they are used only to unlock episodes.

Coins have no monetary value, cannot be transferred to other accounts, cannot be exchanged for money and are not refundable. We may change the amount granted by each action, the cost of each episode and the duration of promotions, announcing it in the Service.

An unlocked episode stays available in your account as long as the title remains in the catalog.

4. Referral program

Every account has an invitation code. When a friend signs up with your code, both of you receive the coins indicated in the Service.

Creating fake accounts, inviting yourself, using automation or any other practice to obtain rewards artificially is not allowed. In those cases we may cancel the coins obtained and suspend the accounts involved.

5. Content and intellectual property

The dramas, images, texts and trademarks in the Service belong to ReelShortFree or its licensors. You may watch them only through the Service, for personal, non-commercial use.

Downloading, recording, copying, redistributing, selling or making the content available to third parties is prohibited, as is circumventing the technical measures that protect playback.

6. User conduct

You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, interfere with its operation, access other people’s accounts or post comments that are offensive, misleading or infringe third-party rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service continuously available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond our control. We may modify, limit or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ReelShortFree is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, the loss of an unlinked guest account or the unavailability of a title.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you as a consumer under Peruvian law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or remain inactive for a prolonged period; in that case the associated coins are lost.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, without prejudice to the claims you may file with INDECOPI as a consumer.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The current version will be published on this page with its update date; if the change is significant we will announce it in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the new version.
