1. Data we process

Account: email address, nickname, avatar and the optional details you fill in your profile. Guest accounts in the app are identified by a device code generated by the app, not by your name.

Use of the Service: episodes watched and unlocked, favorites, comments, ratings, coin movements and invitations.

Technical data: IP address, device or browser type, platform and app version, date and time of access.

2. Why we use the data

To create and protect your account (the verification code is sent to your email), play episodes, remember where you left off, keep your coin balance and apply referral rewards.

To prevent reward fraud, keep the Service secure, handle your requests and comply with legal obligations.

To improve the Service through aggregated statistics that do not identify you individually.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage: your session, the chosen language, a device identifier to count free episodes and the invitation code you arrived with. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Who we share data with

Providers that help us run the Service: the email delivery service (for verification codes) and the infrastructure hosting the Service. They only access the data they need, under confidentiality obligations.

The drama catalog providers do not receive your personal data: videos are requested from our servers.

Authorities, when required by law. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

We keep the data while your account is active. Verification codes expire within minutes. If you close your account we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except data we must keep for legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

6. Your rights

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights) and withdraw your consent. To exercise them, contact us through the channel indicated below. If you are not satisfied, you may file a claim with Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: one-time code login, signed sessions, encryption in transit and restricted access to systems. No system is infallible; if we detect an incident affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.

8. Minors

The Service is not intended for people under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data without parental authorization, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Our servers and providers may be located outside Peru. In that case we adopt the safeguards required by Peruvian regulations to protect your data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version will be published on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant, we will announce it in the Service.
